From a crafting perspective
We’ve moved on from iron.lots to fabric.lots with these recent pack blueprints. Slightly below the standard essence cost which is cool but lacks a milestone that can reduce it further. If you picked up the Wave Abbot Gi then there’s no real rush to swap to crafting this over that – if you didn’t then it’s not a bad choice.
From a meta perspective
Archmages finally got a fire affinity upgrade :O.
If your casters aren’t dying then swap this hat in over the Angler’s Veil as it’ll be a nice damage upgrade. Astramancers will also benefit nicely from the water affinity but angler also has that so it’s not as big a jump for them.

From a crafting perspective
Another superior pack with a precraft as such (sigil.) There’s no way to remove it so ultimately crafting this print over the other recent fabric options is a case of whether or not you can sustain the sigils needed. My psychic powers aren’t quite working at the moment so I can’t answer that for you.
From a Meta perspective
We’ve got a modern day Swan’s Edge moment here – the Frostfire Weavers are a straight upgrade from the Lacrosse Gloves we got less than a month ago. Them’s the risks of buying these packs – you never know how long something will last before being obsoleted.
As for where to use it refer back to what we wrote about the lacrosse ones:
A new best-in-slot for the gloves slot with them providing a nice attack boost to your glove users. If you’re changing over from Camper’s Compass just beware of losing the health from those gloves (a corpse does zero damage etc etc.)
Flooring/Wallpaper
Summary
- Some pretty awesome spellcaster gear in here. If/when affinity becomes relevant for T14 again Archmages will be really happy.
- Pretty sure our Praetorian pack was made by adding light affinity to the titan admiral gear :-/
- Because of the “&” in the Rime & Dine blueprint Neri had to spend 4h fixing the Hub so it could display the item.

Oof. That really suck for Neri. Thank you for the pack review, they are always really helpful. I look for them everytime there is a new pack.
Just on looks alone, I really like the hat and gloves, and I hope we get a clothes and shoes to go with them. I like outfitting characters in matching sets of Vanity Gear. Maybe for Black Friday? Though more likely we’ll get the next piece of the jester suit then…
