Not much here that makes the Herald of Feykind stand out from your standard t14 wood craft. The ether cost is ick but at least the milestone to reduce it is on the mastery track and I guess at least it’s not metal.
From a meta perspective
To quote Neri: “worthless PoS staff outclassed by the t13 collection book staff.”

From a crafting perspective
The Fey Haute Couture on the other hand is worth paying attention to due to its fairly high base value (which let’s be real Kabam will probably nerf at some point so enjoy it whilst you can.) It has a slightly above standard essence cost which is offset by the reasonable jewel cost.
It’s a shame 2 of the milestones are both to do with reducing the same component by 1 (these really should have been a combined milestone and something else added as another one instead.)
From a Meta perspective
It’s the new best-in-slot Clothes for everyone except potentially monks who might want the affinity bonus from the Wave Abbot Gi.
It does feel like pack items are dying reasonably quick these days, the Wave Abbot Gi is only a couple of months old.

From a meta perspective, Wave Abbot Gi is still BIS for Astramancer. And given Astramancer is on the power leaderboard, probably never to be replaced by another class, Wave Abbot Gi shoud still sell for heaps on the market.
I am getting frustrated about the number of T14 receiving a 2nd premium bp, when so many lines have yet to receive a T14 premium item. Clothes now have 3. Also, if the keep adding new items lines annually, the time for each line to receive a premium item is going to keep pushing out.
