Mega Pack

Tricera Targe (T10 Shield)
Rex Plushie (Indoor Decoration)
Dig Site (Outdoor Decoration)
Archeologist Outfit / Tricera Hood (Avatar Items)
Blueprint
From a crafting perspective
Tricera Targe requires a whopping 11(!) Bronze Fangs. That fits thematically, but c’mon. While it’s not the highest amount of a single component needed (Luxurious Gauntlets require 16 Precious Gems), it’s an awful lot and one of the highest. Thankfully this number can be reduced down to 6 via Mastery. Otherwise it’s a Shield that needs both Leather and Ironwood which is an odd combination. This is not a pleasant craft.
Shields aren’t great for DI even disregarding the “not a Spell” thing.
From a meta perspective
It’s a Shield with Attack on it. Any class that can use this item type either wants it for the defensive value OR they have better offensive options. There are very few reasons to actually use Tricera Targe (aside from for vanity).
From a crafting perspective
Drakalos Dagger doesn’t need any Timewarped materials, instead requiring a hefty seven Outsiders Claws (can be reduced to five with Mastery). Otherwise it’s an unremarkable metal craft.
Crit weapons are always really good for DI, and Daggers in particular are incredibly good due to usually having 10% instead of the standard 5% CHC. This is a phenomenal craft for DI.
From a meta perspective
Crit Daggers are excellent for hero usage too. Drakalos Dagger is a direct upgrade over Electrifying Microphone. It will have higher damage output than Titan Admiral Arms, but Titan is much better for survivability. If you’re not sure which one is better for your Dagger user, then go with Titan because it’s safer. If you can afford to lose out on some survivability, then Drakalos offers great damage output.
Superior Pack

Drakalos Armor (T15 Heavy Armor)
Dinosaur Nest (Indoor Decoration)
Dinosaur Visitor (Wall Decoration)
Dino Leather / Rex Print (Flooring / Wallpaper)
Blueprints
From a crafting perspective
Crossbows tend to be a little more expensive to craft than other item lines, but not too bad. Dinosaur Hunter has the normal 11 Essence cost, but it can drop down to 8 via a slightly more generous than usual Ascension bonus.
For DI, this occupies the same Misc Armor Weapon category as Cursed King’s Helm Drakalos Dagger in the Mega pack but is worse. There is no reason to craft this for that event.
From a Meta perspective
A second CHC weapon in the same pack, oh boy! Dinosaur Hunter is a bit better than its baseline counterpart in terms of damage thanks to having a CHC stat, but that’s about it. Non-Dagger weapons tend to have 5% which makes them a little less exciting. Still, it’s a decent boost compared to Seventh Wonder if your crossbow users are holding that.
From a crafting perspective
Drakalos Armor requires four Timewarped components that can be reduced to two with Ascension. Otherwise it’s nothing special to craft.
Attack and Defense are both pretty good stats for DI and this item being a Heavy Armor item means it has a decent chunk of them. If you missed Sia’s Fancy Outfit, Princely Attire, or Teddy Bear Body, then this is a good choice (although I probably wouldn’t recommend buying this pack solely for this item in DI).
From a Meta perspective
Attack secondary Heavy Armor items are really niche. Samurai like them, Spellblades might enjoy them, and otherwise they’re generally not going to be used. The Dinosaur affinity is relevant here for a change and makes this a surprisingly good option for turn 1 Samurai. Skip it on basically everybody else.

Summary
- As crafting options, this pack is average to slightly below average. Usage-wise, 2/4 items are super niche, one is decent, and one is great.
- Plushie and two CHC weapons. Is good.
- Your programmers were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn’t stop to think if they should.
