Mega Pack

Scavenger’s Goggles (T15 Rogue Hat)
Scrap King’s Throne (Indoor Decoration)
Steam Pipes (Wall Decoration)
Gas Mask / Scavenger’s Outfit (Avatar Items)
Blueprint
From a crafting perspective
Scrap Chak-a-Chop (geez that name is a mouthful) uses an odd resource combination of Wood and Steel, which makes it a little awkward to fit into a crafting rotation. The Essence cost can’t be reduced at all, but it doesn’t use Timewarped components. It also flips the Quality and Craft Time upgrades, so this is a mixed bag of a craft.
For DI, it’s a weapon with a CHC secondary stat. That helps it punch well above its weight class and makes it the #11 weapon (if not enchanting) despite being an Axe which is impressive.
From a meta perspective
Axes generally aren’t great due to them being one of the weakest weapon types in the game. It also doesn’t really help that this has a CHC secondary stat and most of the classes that can even use it are primarily defensive Fighters. The Shark affinity isn’t really that great either due to the Shark spirit being niche to bad, which adds to the very “random stuff mashed together” theme of this item as a whole. Which fits it thematically, to be fair.
From a crafting perspective
Scavenger’s Goggles also use a really odd resource combo of Leather and Steel. This one is much more normal of a craft though. Essence can be reduced from 11 to 9, Timewarped component that can be reduced with Ascension, Craft Time and Quality milestones in the correct place, etc.
For DI, any item with Evasion or CHC is very much worth considering. This is the #2 Misc Armor item (no enchants) thanks to having Evasion on it.
From a meta perspective
Evasion in uncommon equipment slots is always going to be useful, so Scavenger’s Goggles have a strong niche. They’re the second Rogue Hat to have this secondary stat after the T7 Jester’s Hat, so it’s nice to have a current tier option.
Superior Pack

Rusty Shotty (T8 Gun)
Scavenger’s Pack / Scavenger’s Heavy Duties (Avatar Item)
Salvaged Tiles / Salvaged Panels (Flooring / Wallpaper)
Blueprints
From a crafting perspective
Rust Shotty has a pretty normal resource combination and no precrafts (unlike its baseline counterpart Prototype Gatling that has a whopping four). The component cost is a little high with eight total to start, but that can be reduced to five via mastery and Ascension.
For DI, this is a Gun with CHC. It’s phenomenal as far as low tier options go.
From a Meta perspective
CHC on weapons is almost always welcome, and having it on a Gun is great. Any Gun user who’s not a Ranger or a full tank Berserker will get good mileage out of this.
From a crafting perspective
Pneumatic Gauntlets are a nearly identical craft to the baseline Behemoth Gauntlets. Resource cost is the same, component cost (count) is the same, and most of the mastery / Ascension milestones are the same. The only real difference is that Pneumatic reduces the Timewarped component by 1 on the Ascension track compared to Behemoth reducing the normal component by 1 in the same spot. It’s a decent craft, but due to it being almost identical to the baseline option, it’s not something I’d go out of my way for.
Scavenger’s Goggles in this same pack is in the Misc Armor category for DI and is significantly better. If you’re buying this pack, you have no reason to craft this item for the event.
From a Meta perspective
Attack secondary Gauntlets are usually pretty niche due to most classes that can use this item type being primarily defensive tanks. That said, any Fighter built for damage or Spellblades using them for a little more bulk will appreciate the upgrade over Mighty Mint Mitts / Eternity Gauntlets. Otherwise skip it.
