Tips

A collection of tips, tricks and things you might not have known

Customer Coverage

It’s possible to cover every customer type (that is, always have an item you can sell to them)  in just 3 item types: Clothes, Light Armor and Heavy Gauntlets. Those 3 item types also all go on the mannequin rack, making it easy to keep stocked up.

Grab Bags

Apart from having different colours, the contents of the guild grab bags are slightly different:

Area refers to the order you unlock resources in a dungeon. Using Howling Woods as an example: Elven Wood is area 1, Iron Pine Cone is area 2, Glow Shroom is area 3.
Also note that Sunken areas currently work differently

Rounding

Shop Titans gets very aggressive in its rounding mechanism when you start hitting item values above 1m. You can take advantage of this to generate free money (see here for more information.)

Market Restocking

Bought a load of items from the market but now dread having to stock your racks? If you put a rack into storage then pull it back out, it’ll restock itself with the items you just bought, saving you a lot of time and effort.

Champion Requests

Ever had a champion walk into your shop and request something that can only be bought with gems on the market? Here’s two tips to help you in that situation

  1. If you don’t mind a small wait, you can put in a buy request on the market. Request the item the champion wants for max gold (or lower) and continue on your day until it gets filled.
  2. The items a champion asks for don’t have to be normal quality – you can use superior, flawless etc and they’ll work fine. You should check the market for these if there is no common item available, it is quite often overlooked.

Market Storage

Ran out of room in your inventory? You can use the market slots to hold up to 50 components or 25 items and then pull them out later when you’re ready. You may wish to set a high price on items you do this with to avoid them being accidentally purchased by other players.
